What You Do
Infrastructure Equity:
- Working together with the investment team on live transactions during the due diligence process and the compilation of investment papers for discussion in investment committees
- Gaining experience in financial modelling on infrastructure funds and co-investments (incl. DCF, LBO and other valuation methodologies)
- Screening of potential funds and co-investments, including the gathering of information, compilation of presentations, and participation in meetings
- Supporting the investment team on asset management, including the analysis of operational / financial performance of portfolio companies, as well as contributing to ESG / sustainability data analyses
- Ad-hoc projects, including macro-economic analyses, mapping of the global infrastructure fund market, benchmarking, process improvement initiatives, etc.
Infrastructure Debt
- Undertaking financial analysis of infrastructure investment opportunities, including debt sizing, running sensitivities and summarizing outputs
- Reviewing project documents and supporting commercial, technical, and legal due diligence
- Drafting screening memoranda for prospective opportunities with support from Investment Directors and VP and contributing to credit memoranda for investment committee approvals
- Supporting strategy pitching, creating marketing materials and maintenance of client reporting documents
- Research on sector trends, market updates, and produce industry overview as needed
- Liaise with global infrastructure debt team and asset management team to support global initiatives and post-closing activities
Private Equity
- Participate in screening and diligence meetings with new and existing private equity managers, including pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting notes
- Assist the current team in performing in-depth due diligence and help prepare investment memos on primary funds, co-investments and secondaries.
- Research on sector trends, market updates, and produce industry overview material as needed
- Liaise with global support teams (legal, tax, risk, ESG, etc.) to help guide an investment through our various processes
Global Private Credit

What You Bring
- Candidate for/Graduated with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics or business from an accredited university
- Excellent academic track record
- Ability to conduct general financial analytics and to read and understand financial statements is required
- Ideally relevant professional or academic experience in a similar role with a strong emphasis on finance/investment
- Eager to learn about the particular asset class across regions and styles
- Previous work experience within consulting, investment banking, asset management a plus
- Strong leadership, presentation and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with high level of attention to details
- Ambitious, self-motivated with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
Job posting range: $30-$60/hour (depending on undergrad vs MBA)
Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
